Computerized Estimates

Computerized estimates allow us to accurately include all necessary labor operations to complete the repairs to pre-loss conditions.

 Insurance Relationships:

Almost all insurance companies today have what are referred to as direct repair relationships or "DRP" , in which they outsource appraisal and administrative duties to repair facilities in which they refer work.

Unfortunately, while there are some conveniences to this arrangement, it can often create a conflict of interest. Often the repair facilities become tied to the insurance companies they are working for rather than the customer, sometimes cutting corners to hit insurance company standardized ratios.  Often this is at the expense of the quality of the repair process or under duress of the contract.

At Kansas Body Works, the customer always comes first..... we are not willing to compromise quality or our commitment to customer service for any program.  We will only participate in an insurance program that does not ask us to make any concessions on quality or repair techniques. We do work with all insurance companies and are familiar with and hold great relationships with DRP and NON-DRP insurance adjusters.

Remember, by state law you are only required to get one estimate and your are allowed to get your vehicle repaired at the place of your choice, DRP or not.

Frame, Body and Mechanical Repairs
 
Assessing your vehicle frame and mechanical equipment is critical for safe and accurate repairs. Our certified technicians use state-of-the-art technology to evaluate damage and systematically repair your vehicle to the original manufacturers specifications.

Refinishing
 
Our refinishing department has the most up to date color matching equipment available today. Our paint system utilizes computer generated matching process to deliver the exact color match every time. Our finishes are baked on to produce that showroom shine your vehicle deserves.

Detailing
 
Our detailing department does more than just wash your car. We clean the wheels, vacuum the interior and clean the windows. Your vehicle is returned to you looking like it did when you purchased it new!
